today~ we tried another recipe~
all green!
except the lemon!
so~ the ingredients~
ice cubes, celery, vege,
lemon, sour plum and green apple~
again! BLEND BLEND BLEND!
again -.-
there were 3 glasses bt my dad was so desperate~
and he took of his glass~
can u see the empty glass at the back??
my dad finished! LOL!
well~ this recipe...
err, is so DAMN SOUR!
just dont put the whole lemon OR u can put red apple instead of green one~
AND!
sum ppl wonder~
"why dont we just eat the vege or fruits instead of blending it into juice?"
1st, fresh raw vege gives u more vitamins compared to cooked vege or fruits~
2nd, some vege may have awful smell such as celery, some ppl (THT"S ME!) might not want to eat it BUT if u mix and blend it with green apple~ the taste maybe different~ =)
3rd, the vege u ate gives u the normal amount of vit. supply~
however, juices give u additional nutrient~ =)
4th, u can combine whatever vege or fruits tht you want! (if u dun mind the taste is weird XD)
into the blender and blend it! whatever green/orange/red/purple/ or any colour of vege u like~
then just drink it! is way faster than u eat them!
WELL~ MONEY=TIME~
